Clean and good service

This is a great halfway stop on our way to Hilton Head for lunch. The location is a quick stop off the highway and we were impressed with the attentive service and cleanliness of the location. In addition, we were traveling with our young grand daughter, the high chair was clean and included an adhesive table placemat for our toddler, have never seen that so thank you!

Worth driving out of the way for FOOD & SERVICE

Went to Orbg Chick-fil-A on the way home from an errand. Wanted the pimento chicken sandwich. Was told no longer available. Ordered the chicken wrap,waffle fries, and fruit. I was extremely pleased with the wrap, fries, and fruit. Thank u to all the workers for great service, wide smiles, and food worth "driving out of the way" for. Will try to get by there again. Chick-fil-A is my go to for food. I don't go to any other "fast food" place. Always good, staff is always great. What's not to love?

Staff need to have more menu knowledge

Ordered off the app for curb side delivery. Although they have signs for curb side, when you get there, you still have to go through the drive through. I ordered 12 chicken nuggets like I have done at least 100 times before. The girl in the drive through told me they don't have nuggets until 10:30. I asked her if they had minis and she said yes. A mini is a nugget in a small biscuit. Nothing I said would convince her that it was possible to get nuggets before 10:30. You need to train your staff better. And if your signs say curbside pick up, you need to offer it

Not your average chick-fil-a

Stopped here on the a trip back from Florida and they won’t let you in to use the restrooms and can only go through drive thru. All the other chick-fil-a’s let you in at least for the restrooms even if the dining area is closed. Definitely won’t make a habit of stopping here again on my trips.

Disappointed 😞

Should have double checked our order before leaving after people in front brought their order back up due to wrong sandwich. But, who really checks a Chick-fil-A order??!! We were hungry on the way home but drove another hour to have Chick-fil-A and not double arches. For the 1st time ever at any Chick-fil-A franchise had an issue with my order. Ordered 3 meals, extra fries and a salad. 1 meal was 12 piece. I did check to see right number of boxes and salad. I did not check to see if they put in the sauces. So, hitting the interstate I find out the 12 piece nugget and salad are without sauce or dressing. So annoyed. It was printed on the bag receipt but Noone bothered to put them in.

Not your average Chick Fil A

We were on our way home from Charleston and stopped here because the one at the next exit prior was closed for renovations. When you go to a Chick-Fil-A anywhere in America you expect a certain quality of food and service. It's the Chick-Fil-A standard. This location did not come close to meeting those expectations. The drive thru moved fairly slow. When we got to the window, the girl working didn't seem to really be enjoying her job. She messed something up and rather than apologizing and fixing her mistake, it was just "my bad". Seriously? "my bad"? Then when we got our food and drove off, most of our fries seemed burnt. My bun on my sandwich was definitely overcooked. It was just not your typical Chick Fil A experience. When I go back to Charleston, I hope the other location is open because this one will be bypassed by my family.

My wife and I were traveling back home and wanted to get something to eat along the way, and stopped here. The line for the drive through was very long, so we went inside. You could tell right away this was not a good example of what a fast food place should look like. I do admit it was busy, but cleanliness should not suffer. We ordered our food and waited for some time and all of a sudden some called my name and handed me a chocolate shack. No food or other drink. By the time the food came out, half the shack was gone, and we just thought, let's just get out of here. We spent $20. for 2 chick sandwiches and two drinks and left thinking we were taken. This place is shameful, and we'll most likely not go to other Chick-fil-A's in the future. Oh, and as seniors, they give you no benefits whatsoever. I'm not sure if that's Chick-fil-A or this operator.

Quick and efficient

We used the drive thru to pick up dinner to enjoy. The workers went quickly trying to keep the line moving inspite of being wrapped around the building.

Not sure there is a such thing as a bad Chick Fil A

Not sure there is a such thing as a bad Chick Fil A. Stopped there for dinner on our way to Florida. We all had the same thing we always have at a Chick Fil A No surprises. Staff was nice Food good as usual bathrooms were good.

Slowest Chick-fil-A Ever

We were passing through on our way to Charleston and decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A for a quick bite. I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 27 minutes for my meal. I have never waited that long at any Chick-fil-A. Being a former Chick-fil-A team leader, it was clear they need better training.

Would stop here again when passing through

We stopped here on a recent trip and were very pleased. They accommodated our needs for grilled chicken with no marinade. The food was hot and tasty. The staff was super friendly. We will stop here again if passing through.
