This location was adjacent to my hotel, so I climbed a small hill to access it. When I entered the general store, I was greeted by a staff member and saw one of the most beautiful patriotic women blouses. There were so many cut outfits...that all ranged about $49. I proceeded to the hostesses stand, and was sat by a lovely woman. My server greeted me shortly thereafter and helped me dry off the wet table. I didn't have my phone with me to take a picture of the lovely mimosa that I customized. The strawberry peach pureed mimosa was as good as it sounds and was perfectly made. I decided to have a slight sugar fix first, which was the double fudge coke-a-cola cake with vanilla ice cream. I was disappointed that this location didn't serve vanilla bean ice cream. The cake needed to be heated to melt the chocolate frosting and make the cake more moist. I initially thought I would order a comfort meal, but saw a newer meal item of two lemon pepper trouts that were grilled and served with two sides. I was given the option to upgrade to a premium charge so I ordered a salad for $2.49. My server Shaniya was very attentive. If something needed to be brought to the table, she quickly responded. The meal was very large, so I took the remainder to my hotel room. The dumplings were watery but otherwise tasty. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service that Shaniya and the hostesses showed me. The payment process also went very well. This location was not very busy today, but even with a line the staff was accommodating. I highly recommend trying the new beverages and entree's.More

This is just a chain Cracker Barrel. Hostess was the least bit friendly. Not many people there but still waited along time. Waitress was very friendly but slow. Food was average but the sweet tea was amazing. Not my best Cracker Barrel experience.

This was absolutely the worst place we have ever had dinner. The food was horrible and the service was awful. The restaurant was filthy. We waited almost an hour for our food. There were people who were already seated when we got there and still...didn’t have their food until after we got ours. If you are traveling or live in this area don’t make the mistake of stopping here!More

Stopped there to eat but never even got seated. Hostess was on her phone, never even looked up to acknowledge me. I asked about getting seated, as I looked at empty tables, and she responded”it’s a 25 minute wait” without looking up from her phone....Used to love Crackerbarrell but no more.More

They give you writing tips. OK. "This is a great place to avoid." Why? Why do I keep thinking they will change? 9/10 times they will mess the order up, not ready, didn't even get the dam* order. Sick of these idiots. They don't care....At all. Online order. Get there. Didn't even have it. Waited. Thirty minutes. Guy before me pitched a living fit. A two-year-old would have been impressed with his antics. Order late. Demanded it to be comped. Got it comped. Mine? What'd you have?? (WHAT? What do you mean what'd I have?) Chkn n dumps and a four piece chicken plate. Guess what we got? FIVE plates of meatloaf w/green beans. Five. Who the h*l orders five of that?? But we got THAT! Mashed pots and gravy? Biscuits? Cornbread? Anything in the line of sides? Helyah NO. We had previously stopped at a CB in Ga and Alabama on a recent trip. Awesome experience. They say stupidity is trying the same thing and expecting different results. Well. Call me stupid. But no longer. What is wrong with these people???More

Stay away from this Cracker Barrel. We waited 15 minutes to order and then another 42 minutes and left -- without eating! The food never came. We ordered; the waitress came back 10 minutes later with two OJs, and then she never came back to...the table (or the room). Not sure what happened to her. There were three other tables that also did not receive food in the hour we were there. Obviously, this is a very poorly managed Cracker Barrel location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.More

Getting seated was quicker than the 20 minutes I was told due to waitress shortage so that was awesome. Waitress was great and very attentive. Food was good but roast beef a little fatty. My issue is when I went up front to pay there...were 4 female workers milling around talking with each other for about 4-5 minutes with nobody offering to check me out. I then used the QR code to pay my bill and still no one spoke. This was 12/8 a Friday night around 8:30pm-9pm. I was staying at the TRU hotel passing through on way to Florida.More

Came in with half the restaurant empty and a father on a walker and the hostess was unable or unwilling to find a way to accommodate 5 adults nor were they courteous enough to offer a chair after they were told he could not stand...for long periods of time. When finally getting a table it was in the far end of the restaurant. There were multiple options right near the entrance that would have been far easier for a handicapped individual. Very disappointing for a go to on travels.More

We were one of the first customers of the day. We were seated immediately and greeted by Gabby who was very cheerful. Our food was good and plentiful. The only drawback was that the entire restaurant was dirty. The tables and chairs were not wiped...clean and the floor had not been swept from dinner. We thought the staff would get right to it but no effort was made. Since Cracker Barrel is usually clean we had to suspect that there was a staffing shortage and that this was a one time occurrence. It will not keep us from continuing to eat at CB.More

I never thought I would find a bad Cracker Barrel, but this was it. We were traveling and spent the night at rge horel next door. After 8 hours on the Rd. it was time for a good dinner. It was about 6:45 P.M. the...place was not at all busy, maybe 3-4 tables. I saw 2 waitresses on duty 1 working and the 1 we got. We were seated and greeted promptly, and ordered drinks. The waitress brought drinks, and a basket of bisquits with pats of cold butter. She asked if we wanted gravy, I said no because I was planning on breakfast items. Then she dis-appeared. No silverware or napkins as yet. So the bisquits sat in the basket. How do you put hard butter on a bisquit without silver? It was a good 15-20 mn. before we could get the girls attention again. Did I mention, the place was dead. She finally took our order, my wife tried to order supper, She tried 3/4 regular dinner items on every C.B. menue, and was told "we don't have that" I was ordering a breakfast meal, which came with steak and bisquits and gravy. I wanted bacon instead of steak, and was told that couldn't be done. My wife, fir lack of findind anything on the menue, ordered grits and bacon. Grits they had, surprise. When the food arrived, I had no steak, but a nice pile of bacon. Seems she could do that. My bisquits and gravy were missing. She says"anything else". I Ithen had to remind her again that it comes with my meal. Needless to say, we didn't stop at another C.B. our whole 3 week road trip. C.B. is always a "go to" place on trips or even locally. Very put off by this exoeriance, probably won't visit a C.B. for quite a while.More

Been a regular customer for several decades, usually while traveling. This has to be the worst managed store in the entire chain. Had a 10 minute wait for late breakfast-early lunch 11:20 AM. They were many empty tables, guessing not enough servers to cover. Server...seemed distracted and rushed. Got our coffee and water and then no food for over 30 minutes!! My Bacon, eggs and pancake arrived cold. Plus one side dish I didnt even order, biscuits and gravy. Also cold. My wife's chicken BLT sandwich arrived with nothing but chicken on it. No BLT at all. Figured not worth sending back so we ate what we could and prepared to leave. Line to pay is at least 12 deep and not moving at all. Little old lady cashier seemed not up to the task and overwhelmed. Manager was at greeting station watching it and doing nothing. After waiting for 15 minutes - line still hasn't moved so my wife goes over to a clerk in the merchandise area and asks if she can help the cashier. Her response was to walk away and go in the stockroom! Finally, 5 minutes later the cashier asks the manager for help. By now the line to pay has stretched all the way from the back of the store to the front door. She calls someone else from the back and they start another register. We got in line at 12:10 and left the store at 12:35. Absolutely will never visit this Cracker Barrel ever again and would encourage you to also give it a miss.More

We had been traveling for 8+ hours and had a good experience in Palm Coast for lunch so decided to eat CB again. The person at the door said hello and we proceeded to the desk. She told us we had to tell personnel at...the front door to sign us up. “That’s why I’m standing here!” The encounter with her was so rude. My husband’s cheeseburger was dried up and bun was wrinkled up like it had been under heater a while. I ordered a bowl of soup. Which came in about a 1” deep bowl. We then asked for silverware and were given plastic, “is being washed”. Trying to sum up this bad situation is hard. It was bad all around!!More
