The ribs were great and not overpriced, but the place is dingy and not clean. Based on other reviews I didn't venture into the bathroom!

Ad you can see, not many restaurant options in town. I chose Fatz as I figured I try a regional chain. The menu is not spectacular. I ended up with the 5x5 chicken. I would say both were good. But nothing to write home about....Service overall not great either. I waited 20 minutes to place an order and I believe that was because originally I said I wanted to look at menu. Beer selection terrible, Standard domestic. If near the Interstate and don't want fast food, I guess thus is an option.More

Walked in, 3 hostesses, 2 on their phones. The one not preoccupied, a very pleasant Gal, seated me. Server came over, placed my order and it arrived fairly quick. Meal was okay, I've had much better meals in other Fatz locations, which prompted my stop...at this one. I can honestly say this is the saddest condition I've seen one of this chain or restaurants slip into. Seatcover I was seated on definietely will need to be recovered soon. Upon going to the restroom, dirty floors and one of the worst restrooms I've encountered shy of a 60's era gas station where the key is attached to a log. To and from the restroom a woman that maybe was manager was loudly giving attitude about someone that either wasn't there or a prior cutomer. Sometimes those conversations should not be going on so loudly other customers can hear it. I'll probably stop at another Fatz location on travels, but not this one. Corporate, this one needs a cleaning...and maybe some folks replaced.More

Basic chain style restaurant that offers a variety of food. My fried chicken was quite dry. Mac and cheese tasty. Pork chops were tasty. Drinks were the best part. Sangria drink very good!

This place was across the street from our hotel, and we had been traveling for 11 hours. It was OK, nothing special. Lousy beer selection. We had the "world-famous chicken" (doubtful) and it was well-cooked and filling. We didn't have high expectations and so left...satisfied. Mediocre service, middling prices.More

We stopped at the Fatz restaurant while on our way south to Florida. We understand from our server, Branden, that Fatz is a regional chain. Branden was an excellent server. He was very attentive and helpful. He asked for our drink order as soon as...we sat down and brought them to us promptly. We weren’t real hungry, so my wife ordered the chicken wings which were very good. I had the buttermilk dipped chicken tenders and they were great. Lightly breaded and not over cooked. The fries were hot and tasty. All in all, this was a great experience.More

Like some others, we walked over to Fatz because it was next to our hotel. Our waitress was very friendly. The menu wasn't huge but there were several good choices. I ordered the calabash chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp with a side of tater tots....Everything was very tasty and the food was not the least bit greasy. I also ordered the "Mason jar margarita"; contrary to expectations it was served in an ordinary glass. It was fine but nothing unusual. I suspect that Fatz could make more money by serving smaller portions and letting people save room for dessert. My partner ordered the 6 oz. sirloin, baked potato and salad. The salad was very large and tasty. The steak and potato were as expected in size. The steak tasted good but was a little on the tough side. The salad and potato were fine. Staff were friendly. It took awhile to get our food which was frustrating. I had the fried green tomatoes which were ok. My husband had the buttermilk fried chicken and it was ok as well. One of the reason I gave it a lower rating...was because of the bathrooms. I know it’s weird but I just can’t understand the disgusting bathrooms. I find it in so many restaurants lately and I’m so frustrated!! Please keep your bathrooms CLEAN!!! It makes a big difference, in my opinion, of how clean you keep everything in your restaurant.More

I ordered what the menu pictured as a ‘piled high pulled pork sandwich’ on a brioche bun…It looked nothing like the photo on the menu. I wish I had my iPad with me to take a photo of my order because there was literally only...four very small pieces of pork and some fat. A party of 6 and much good went back to the kitchen after we ate. No one ate their fries . The wrap was good and all enjoyed the hot appetizer rolls with lots of butter.
