We were in town visiting family and already had one bad experience at a different place when the lady at the front desk of our hotel recommended Whiskey Creek. She gave us a 10% off coupon card for our meal. We thought we would give it one more try on our last night in Mitchell and I am so glad... More
My friends and I were visiting the state to get some hunting in. I recommend the tootsie rolls. They are very tasty! Some one negatively reviewed the burnt ends because they were not 'crispy' ??? Well the scent of firewood brought me in, I went to the bar for a glass of wine, and Boom. The menu was just calling my name. Awesome food for sure!! Thanks all...
Service was marginal. Food was pretty much horrendous. I ordered the Porterhouse Steak, I asked for it to be cooked rare. When I got it, it was cooked medium-well done. Meat was tough and pretty much inedible. I had coleslaw as one of the sides, very fat, hardly any veggies in, mostly just mayonnaise. This is also an expensive place.... More
