Lunch at this restaurant is a good mix of folks from every walk of life. They're here for one reason, they love this chicken. Fried tenders with or without wing sauce on a salad is the best, and they also have a basket of fried...More

We were in town for a medical appointment and friends had always raved about their chicken. My wife doesn't enjoy overly spicy food. She ate all of hers but told me she would not return. I thought that the food was excellent but the heat...More

Probably the best fried chicken I’ve ever had that wasn’t made in my mommas kitchen. The tea and the lemonade left a bit to be desired but the potato salad and baked beans more than made up for it!

If you are wanting good fried chicken then Champys is the place to go. Its no frills but fun place to eat with good, friendly service. You can sit on the outside/enclosed patio and watch a game or dine inside. Tamales are also delicious.

Champy’s was delicious! The hot tamales did not disappoint! The fried chicken is crispy and moist. It was super delicious! They got an order wrong at our table and graciously fixed it.
