Super cute place that reminds of San Antonio. The food is fresh and very tasty, the salsa excellent. I would have given 5 stars but even thou I speak some Spanish the communication did not go well and I didn't get what I ordered, but it was still very good.

Haven't been in a while but recall their fish tacos being wonderful. They used to be a food truck. Need to get back there again.

I have had food from Taqueria Jalisco, but only from their food truck. Everything I ate from the truck was really good food. Only I think that the actual restaurant is even better. This is a pretty small place with nothing very fancy. The menu is not huge, but there is plenty to select from. I ordered a Huarache con... More

This tiny restaurant boasts some real, authentic Mexican food. Street tacos are my favorite. The kitchen is a taco truck attached to the side of building. They speak little English, but are very courteous and professional. Loved the small quaint feel and everything was clean and nice. We ordered an array of food, from the street tacos to tortes. We... I really enjoyed their food. It's very good and some of the best Tacos i've had in TN. It's a small little place. Nothing fancy. The staff was really kind to my and my family. I got chorizo tacos and carne asada tacos. I came back the next day because I loved it so much. If your looking for some... More

I liked that they serve traditional food and not Tex-Mex. Their tacos and tortes were the real deal. Our kids loved the simple tacos with rice an beans. Great chips and salsa too. Kid friendly with nice service. Small seating areas so large groups would be tough. We'd eat lunch here again for sure.

First we sat down in the back . It was cold. So we waited for a table in the front. It was warm. The service was pretty friendly . The food was just ok . Nothing bad to write. Nothing wow.

My granddaughter returned today on Thanksgiving break from college. We walked the new section of Riverwalk in the old Wheland Foundry area...beautiful weather...then lunch at Taqueria...one of our favorite lunch spots...very authentic Mexican food...many,many choices...very reasonably priced
