After a 30 or so minute wait, we were seated on the deck with a nice view of the water. While we waited to be seated we took advantage of the delicious wine at the 'sip bar'. We purchased cards with certain amounts to gain access to the wine and we were able to choose 'sips' of wine from many... More

This restaurant is located right on the river so the views ate great. We ordered fried oysters and tortilla soup...and fried calamari. Sadly, we've had better elsewhere for all of these. Aside from a great view and a wine sips card, this restaurant didn't really offer anything unique or so good you can't get it anywhere else. Our fried oysters... More

I've been eating oysters raw on the half shell for almost half a century, mostly un New Orleans and New England. This was the first time I ever had to stop due to health concerns. Slimy, room temperature, off flavored. Milky juices. These are from Chesapeake Bay, and God help the good people of Maryland if they are typical. I... More

We were in town to visit my mom in the hospital. We had lunch on their heated porch right on the Tennessee river. It was beautiful. They have a great menu with salads, apps, sandwhiches, seafood. The oysters were great and so was the shrimp. Lunch was so good we came back for dinner. You can get healthy selections too.... More

We chose to stop in on our way thru from a weekend getaway because the restaurant was on the river and thought it would be nice. The food was nothing special and was a little pricey for what we ordered (2 sandwich plates for $40 without drinks).

My husband gives their voodoo chicken at 5-star rating, its pretty much fried chicken but its different in a good way. View of the sunset is lovely for dinner. Service was excellent, friendly staff. Decent prices.

One of the best margaritas around! Lotta lotta chicken is terrific! Feta cheese dip...OMG! We needed more bread for our dip and they charged us $3 for extra bread. They do not have a kids menu which is a bummer. Parking can be a bit of a headache because it gets crowded fast.

We have been here 100 times but this visit was notable because we had out of town friends with us, plus a baby, plus we wanted to see a particular game The tall manager on duty swooped upon us to take us to a table near a TV, we had a high chair, drinks, and fabulous oysters in front of... More

We always head for Chattanooga on our birthday's to celebrate at the Boathouse Rotisserie and Raw Bar. The food and the service is top of the line. We always sit at the raw bar and watch them shuck fresh oysters, which are their signature. I had the steamed mussels which were fresh and delicious. The gals that waited on us... More

Food is always good. There is always something suprising on the menu. It sits right on the riverfront adjacent to the city bike path (with itself is wonderful). Indoor or outdoor seating. Lots of seafood on the menu but lots of other choices including hickory smoked/grilled selections. It's always busy!
