From our very first time vacationing in the Crossville area, we always made a point of eating one of our meals at the Genesis Italian Grill. It was authentic Italian food at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we discovered in July 2016 that it has closed.

Great atmosphere and very good service. They give everyone home made bread with oil. The food is very great.

We usually visit this restaurant with friends/neighbors & have always had great food, good prices & service. How disappointed we were to learn of their closing!!! We look forward to their reopening & hope it will be very soon.

The food is good. Warm home-made bread is served with olive oil. I have had the pizza, spaghetti and meatball, chicken marsala, and lasagna. All were pretty good. The pizza was the best of the bunch. The service was a bit slow and not super friendly.

The food here is good and a great value. I always take a "to go" box home for lunch the next day. Service is good except for one of the servers who was extremely rude. For the majority of the times that I have dined there the service is very accommodating. Nice place!

After several attempts eating here, we decided to give it another shot, but discovered why we don't like to go. It is one of the creepiest dining experiences we have had in all of our eating adventures. There are 2 older ladies who sit by the front door and STARE at everyone in the restaurant. I am assuming they are... More

We love going here. The food is always good and we love Monday night spaghetti night. We love having Ann as our server. We recommend this place highly. Nothing fancy but a great place to eat.

We paid $15.99 for a square of horrible lasagna ... and a chunk of cold store bought bread. Butter (margarine) in a little store bought tub. Other diners had oil with their bread but we were not even told it was available. Lasagna that is ALL ..no salad, no soup, nothing more. The pasta was from a box and had... More

I have visited this restaurant many times during trips to the area. Always great tasting food at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant, while small, has an intimate feeling with very little noise. I have never needed a reservation and there was an open table every time I visited. Give it a try, located across... More
