Good retaurant with good food. Have their own parking lot. Fills up quickly so eat early. Best BBQ in JC.

Authentic old firehall with a 1927 seagraves truck in the lobby. Firefighter memorabilia all over the restaurant. Food is top notch as well as service. Worth driving extra miles for!

This is the best BBQ in the world and the baked beans are so good. The meals are big and they leave you feeling full.

Food is excellent, never had a complaint. The wait staff is friendly and very good at their job. The only downside would be that if there is a wait in the lobby, it is usually a long wait, my last visit was approximately 35 minutes around 3pm.

The Firehouse offers the typical cuisine that you would expect from a BBQ restaurant, including a few surprise items like Chips and Salsa. They have a speedy order option for lunch that makes ordering fast and easy. It is a little more expensive for lunch items that you would find at other standard lunch staples That prevents the 5th star.... More

The Firehouse Restaurant offers the best barbecue in East Tennessee. I always order the original sliced pork platter, but they also have pulled pork, sliced beef, beef brisket, chicken and ribs !!! All are wonderful. The house barbecue sauce is the best to me ,but they also offer a version that is a little spicier as well as a vinegar... More

I eat lunch weekly at Firehouse and it is always top quality, served quickly and fantastic service. I've never had a bad meal at Firehouse. Try the Apple Pan Dowdy for dessert. You won't be sorry!
