The manager was the most rude lady I have ever seen. Got up to pay and she didn't even speak or ask how everything was.

Ordered to go. I have ordered to go from here several times with no complaints. Called ahead and ordered two Top Sirloin steaks with sides. Picked it up and it was still warm all the way home. Food was still warm when served at home. Good steak, good price, and sides were as good as any from a higher class... More

We live nearby and order frequently to pick up. The steaks, burgers and sides are always delicious. The service is wonderful and food is packed well to get it home hot. We can usually pick it up in 15 minutes after ordering and they get our orders correct each time. Would recommend highly.

Stayed over in Bristol on the way to NC from Pa. After seeing steers grazing basically the whole way down 81, it was determined that the steaks around here had to be good... And that they were! Zachary's was amazing! The rib eye steak was to die for!! It was the first time I've ever tried fried okra, and that... More

This place was not what I was expecting. The inside has been completely redone and the food was fabulous. The burger was gourmet tasting. We were told that they ground their own beef and you can tell by the flavor. We also got the ribeye steak sandwich which was great. I wasn't big on it being on the Texas toast... More

Had been told by many friends they had great steaks at very reasonable prices. Was in the area and decided to have a late lunch. We ordered a sirloin steak and I had a Swiss mushroom burger. The steak was amazing and would of been at least 8$ more at any local restaurant. My burger was huge and came overflowing... More

Four of us went to Zachary's on a Friday evening at 6:30pm. This was a first time eating there for my wife and myself (and the second time for our friends). They have a whitefish special we wanted to try. When the meals were served, most pieces of fish were grossly overcooked. But not just the fish. The fried okra... More

The owner told is that he cuts his own beef and grinds their hamburger. We found the burgers to be excellent. I love their ranch dressing and will dip my fries in it. They have large servings and it is reasonably priced. My child loves the mac and cheese. Not a fancy place and no beer or wine but maybe... More

Service was very good. Not much atmosphere, and not easy to find (hidden in a strip mall). Had the beef tips with peppers and onions (tasty but Luke warm), sweet potato casserole (cold), and baked apples (hot and excellent). For the price ($11.99), the value to price was as expected.

Zachary's Steak House is a little tricky to find. It sits in a small strip mall just off the highway and it is not easy to see unless you are looking very carefully. We missed it the first time we passed it, but stopped to ask for directions and located it easily. The search was worth it, though. The food... More
