This was my first visit. We went with some family just to enjoy the appetizers. The fries with gravy and meat was tasty. All the unique Pub appetizers were delicious. The Pub atmosphere is always fun and the service was really good. Will definitely try this again.

Good place to hang and have a beer. but the food was mediocre to poor. Good service and lots of whiskey and beer selections. Not so much on the wine (Rex Goliath is their single offering). My chicken pie was low on chicken, maybe a couple of ounces. The wife's fish and chips (normally a Scottish pub standard) was heavily... More

Although the menu is small, it's got each item done wonderfully! We go regularly, and the fish and chips are always tasty, hot and it's a large portion. The chips are more American fries, but still have a great seasoning on them. The Scotch eggs are either hot or cold, and very nice. They serve traditional English fare. The chicken... More

Nice beer selection and they have a separate book for the scotch selections. Pub fries were fabulous! Had the corn beef and cabbage sandwich which was so tender. Should have ordered a different side as it comes with fries. Our server was very helpful in recommendations. Thursday's are open Jam night so you also get some wonderful music. Ended with... More

We have visited Boyd's on a weeknight and on the weekend. We found the atmosphere good no matter when you stop by. They have a great variety of beers, ciders, and wines. The food is delicious. On Tuesday nights, they have a night for any musician to stop in and jam together. We have heard some great jam sessions there.The... More

I'm in Knoxville roughly every two weeks and this is our go to spot. The fish and chips are amazing and I've found many new favorites with their specials.

This is one of my favorite whiskey bars! The menu offers 16 pages of Scotch, in addition to a great selection of bourbons and Irish whiskeys. (The pub fries are good too!)

When you step into Jig and Reel you instantly feel at home. No matter what drink you fancy, there's something for everyone. Magners is on tap for the cider lovers, drafts and bottles for the beer crowd, and over 700 whiskies for the whisky-lovers. Thursday's are dram nights - all whiskies are 1/2 the usual pour (1/2 oz each) for... More
