If you've never had a sub from Firehouse Subs you truly don't know what you're missing! Their subs are fresh, stacked with meat and veggies, the perfect amount of condiments and hot sauce galore! I always get the whole Italian (this is a big sub) and my husband gets the Hook and Ladder. This location had two employees who were... More

This was quite possible the best dining experience my family has had at a sandwich shop. The manager on shift (Kyle) was very friendly and helpful. We were a bit indecisive in our selections but his recommendations were perfect. Everything was fresh and tasty and the place was spotless.

food is good, staff is nice...one of my favorite sub shops. I'ts fun to try out the various types of hot sauces. I recommend trying out 5-6 of them to find new favorites. Atmosphere is good too.

One thing I love about Firehouse subs is their consistency, no matter which restaurant you choose. When I eat there, I am not getting the same ole, same ole. Their subs are distinctive, and I have never had a bad one. My husband's go-to is the Hook and Ladder. My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch. I like that they... More

We were interested in Firehouse Subs' "low calorie" offerings, having seen them on TV. We got salads and were pleasantly surprised. They were pretty good!

We prefer a toasted Firehouse sub rather than another competitor, so we decided to stop by for a quick bite while traveling on I-40. It usually takes a few moments to get food from these restaurants as everything is made to order; however, our sandwiches were ready almost immediately and served cold (not toasted as we are accustomed to). We... More

This was our first trip to a Firehouse Sub establishment. We had the club and turkey, and both were great overall ! We'll be back !

We order from Firehouse Subs regularly for group trainings and mtgs. We always use their handy website for online ordering and then pick it up at one of their locations. Unfortunately, we have had SUCH bad experiences from their Western Ave location that our coordinator almost gave up on them...until today. The service we got from this location was 2nd... More

We stopped there on the way home from Gatlinburg and got two subs to go. The workers were very friendly and the sandwiches were excellent. Both my wife and I like the "hook and ladder" sandwich. We eat at a lot of Subway's while traveling and are in a hurry, but the subs here are much better in our opinion.... More
