Had tapas here a few weeks back. Wow wow wow . For a little place in glenties, they do it better then a lot of place with better reputations. From fish tacos to mini fish and chips just some of the things on offer . Very clean, bright pub with friendly staff and a good array of drinks. If I'm... More

Chanced to call into Kennedy's in Glenties for lunch last Sunday while taking advantage of the glorious weather.... we enjoyed the combo dish al fresco. Mary Lou and the staff were so helpful and their Fáilte so real that we just have to go back. It's a real nice bar and the good food selection on offer means that there's... More

Visited here last Friday evening with family, including 2 children(one high chair). Lovely menu, with choice of tapas or main courses. Lovely extensive children's menu. Meals had were 2 burgers for the adults, I'd highly recommend the Glenties burger, its huge so not for the faint hearted. Lovely proper homemade chips. The children both had goujons, nice sized portion with... More

Lovely pub grub to be had here! I had goats cheese salad to start, fish and chips with a side of onion rings, and then shared a tasting plate of desserts! Loved the dessert idea so much as there was so much choice, this solved my problem choosing! The batter on the fish and the onion rings was devine. The... More

I ate dinnner here during a bicycle tour and it was delicious. I came in to eat on Irish Tapas night, and was able to sample locally sourced dishes, including seafood, vegetables, and beef. The gastro pub was busy but service did not suffer, and the beer and whiskey selection is superb.

After a day of driving around the coast we wanted a hearty meal at a good pub that we could rely on. Nothing super fancy, just quality pub food with top ingredients and that's what we found at Kennedys. Staff very friendly and food was top notch. Would recommend and go again next time we're in Donegal.

Been here many times and have never been disappointed with the food. In response to the "disappointed" review from the 8th of Oct, I can personally say that the fish and chips here are excellent and the hand cut chips are made from real potatoes (you can see skin on some of them still as they were cooked which I...
