Terry is a delightful host and chef in the Red Bank Restaurant. The food is first class, the flavours are amazing and the early bird menu was excellent value. Try the chicken or beef stroganoff.

I was visiting Dublin and ended up booking this hotel in nearby Skerries. The hospitality was so good we stayed here a whole day just to enjoy what this charming restaurant and hotel had to offer. I do recommend it

The Redbank is well worth a visit. They do a fantastic early bird menu & their Chef Francois cooks the most fabulous meals. The restaurant decor is a little tired but believe me, that won't count when you taste the food.
