Fabulous food and great service this is a must! It is small therefore you will need to book. The best oysters and lobster Thermidor I've ever eaten! Delicious.

Usually a restaurant can do good seafood or can do a good steak. This place, hidden inside the fish market, does both better than most can can do one or the other. Absolutely perfect fillet steak cooked medium, and the lobster was one of the best I've ever had. Really lovely desserts and the wine really complimented the meal. With... More

Truly superb fish restaurant within the Fish Market. Don't be put off by the slightly quirky appearance of the restaurant, looks a bit like a market cafe but inside is a cosy bistro. No formality just great friendly service. However, the star of the show is the food - wonderfully fresh seafood and fish, superbly cooked - portions are large... More

Whilst Bohemia, Longeville and Ormer duke it out to be the first to 2 Michelin stars, Bistro Rosa stays as my favourite restaurant in Jersey (and possibly Britain). The Portuguese chef , his washer and the single waiter serve excellent, simple and delicious seafood in a small and friendly bistro 20 yards from the fish market. Michelin guys - get... More

Always the freshest fish of the day at reasonable prices with great attention to quality and service. We use this little place whenever possible. Wines are also good value. Booking highly recommended due to small size. Currently top of my list whenever close enough to get there.

The restaurant is at the entrance to the famous fish market. Its self contained so does not smell of fish apart from the fantastic cooking of it. Its tiny but excellent. We had Moules Marinere and lemon sole with king prawns. Great quality, perfectly cooked. well worth a visit. Very friendly and all food cooked to order.

As I'm writing this, I'm still between starter and main course. Chose the coquilles again, with garlic butter. It's not just good... It's tears-to-my-eyes-good. Beyond good. Pause... main course arrived. Had the sea bass, again with a simple garlic butter sauce. Sides were some potatoes (Jersey) and a small bowl of steamed vegetables. The seas bass was cooked to perfection.... More

Quite simply ....go and visit.....you will not be disappointed .If you value fresh well cooked food rather rather than the pomp and ceremony many which restaurants offer to conceal mediocre food in place of high quality food then visit Rosa's! Ate fish I had not previously tried. Quick efficient service. Open kitchen ...watch your meal being cooked. So lovely that... More

Saw reviews which were good so decided to put it to the test. Well, they didn't disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. They were great at enticing my 6 & 9 year old to try the seafood. We had the set menu which was fantastic value for money. Every single dish that came to the table was delicious. We will... More
