I went with the dog on November 5th. Its remote location means that my firework hating dog has a relaxing evening. The pub was friendly and welcoming.

Called in today for some lunch after our walk. A friendly greeting from the barman who made a fuss of our dog and produced a treat for him. We ordered meat and potato pasties which were huge and came with a fresh salad. It was...More

A gorgeous spot for a lunch and drink. Pulled into Warren House Inn whilst spending a few hours on Dartmoor. Baguettes were very filling, but no where near as much of a challenge as the Jumbo Sausage! You’ve been warned! Will visit again.

Very cosy pub full of character with an open fire. Great spot for lunch after a walk on the moors. We all had the vegetarian nut roast which was hearty and wholesome and exactly what was needed on a cool spring day. Very attentive staff.

Stopped for Sunday lunch here but the Roast dinner was not particularly warm, which unfortunately was like the welcoming we had received on arrival. We were told we had to sit in one of two side dinning rooms due to having a child under the...More

After walking the moors we popped in for a drink and were tempted by the large selection on the menu. We opted for a prawn sandwich and shared chips and there was plenty. The baguettes were the best and prawns were plump and plentiful and...More

It's a fun place to go. Food is good pub grub and they do a good range of local beers. The staff are very friendly and the fires a welcome sight if you are cold. Third highest pub in the country and worth a visit...More

Called in for lunch one day and the fries could have been used to nail up a board. Think they might have been oven chips. Yuk!
