Popped into Dawlish and found the black swan a swimming? then saw this tea shop. A quaint oasis on the side road. Had a sandwich and a pannini with drinks, very reasonably priced, pleasant, helpful staff. All good here.

Great afternoon tea, super service at great price. Homemade cake was lovely and fresh and tea was served in old fashioned China cups.
