Having read previous reviews I was looking forward to my take out from this Southern Indian inspired take away. Times may be hard however and this was reflected in a Chicken Korma that was more sauce than chicken and an order which ignored my request for tandoori chicken starter size replacing this with suspect and horrible looking pieces of chicken... We popped in for lunch and had some of the best Indian food since our trip to India. My husband had a bmveg thali and as well as being delicious it was such great value for money. I had a masala doss which again was delicious. Tasty food, friendly staff and reasonably priced!

An truly delicious supper at the Kerla Delacacies Restaurant in Kingsbridge. The food is authentic Indian with an amazing variety of flavours. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. A wide range of options to suit all tastes!

I am a big fan of the 'Butchers' selection on this very comprehensive menu. My favourite being the Sag Gosht, slow braised lamb & leaf spinach with garlic, cumin, & roasted fenugreek leaves...keep returning time & time again.

We were not sure whether to try this place as its not that inviting from the outside but based on other reviews we gave it a go and are pleased we did. The food was excellent and tasted great and authentic and different to other standard Indian restaurants who cater for the western taste. A nice experience. Really pleased we... More

Having travelled to Kerala many times in the past we wondered how authentic the food would be at this restaurant, we need not have worried though as everything we had was simply delicious, fantastic food and fresh as a daisy. All of the food was divine, the chicken was real, and the tastes were fragrant and totally authentic. The vegetable... More

Just been to this restaurant and the food was fabulous! It was really quiet for a Saturday evening but it really shouldn't be. If you're in Kingsbridge and love Indian food, this is the place to eat.

As a frequent visitor to Southern India I was very impressed with the delicious food especially the lentil and other vegetarian dishes. Very delicately spiced with marvellous flavours, the imaginative meat dishes are also excellent ,no ready made gloopy sauces. Enjoyed the Bollywood film as well! Jane Points March 2017

We visited on a Saturday evening. It was surprisingly quiet though we were quite early. The food was exciting and delicious. The Bombay Chat was a real surprise! And the masala dosa very good. The outside does not look welcoming but inside is very pleasant. The service was friendly and quite quick. One bad mark - The toilet was not... More

This is an amazing Indian restaurant. Sometimes quiet but the chef is outstanding. Having travelled quite a bit in Nepal and India I feel the food here tastes very authentic, and never as much of a wait as other Indian restaurants in Kingsbridge. Definitely worth a visit and a real gem for the discerning diner in the South Hams
