One word " exellent " good food with a wide range of lunches and dinners, friendly staff and a micro brewery in the cafe.

The chips are good, but everything seems to be a bit hipster instead of quality. Nothing wrong with it, but better about for the same money elsewhere.

Staff very attentive and welcoming. Sat outside. Fish and chips enjoyed by 2 of the party. I really enjoyed the fish chowder. Gluten free chocolate fudge cake a hit with all of us.

Had lunch here one sunny midday in March. The premises and the concept (”Cooking with a conscience”) look promising, but the delivery disappoints. Average food and indifferent service don’t make for a winning combination. But at least Ness Cove was lovely.

A front of house who treats you like an idiot for not knowing what to do as soon as you walk in to what is a fairly complex system, is a bad start. Sustainability is a draw and the menu looked good, with at least one veganisable option for me, but we decided to stick with coffee only and give... More
