What a fantastic Sunday afternoon we all had in The Taphouse Wimborne, with the Imprints group, the place was full. I took a few images of the event and only left after a couple of hours because my lift turned up.

We popped in after visiting the local theatre....not far, come out of the theatre, turn right and you're there. Great selection of beverage.....great beers. Even if you're not a beer drinker try one of the many beers on offer. Wish we'd got the name of...More

Popped into The Taphouse before a visiting the Tivoli Theatre. What a great place. Brilliant service offering a large range of Beers and cider at a reasonable price. Comfortable seating with a relaxed atmosphere. Popped in again after the show we enjoyed it so much.

We happened to walk past when we heard live music coming out & this was the best thing ever. I’m told by the locals that we were lucky to catch a great live band (Cream, Led Zep covers etc)... while trying all those various beers......More

Good atmosphere, great beers, friendly staff. A welcome change from what pubs have become.Some seating, but mostly standing - be prepared.

Interesting range of beers all served by gravity - not common these days. Sixpenny bitter and Bishops Finger tried - both excellent. Comfortable welcoming premises.

Spent many a happy night here with friends and family. Staff are warm and welcoming. Good choice of entertainment, Mother Ukers are fab.

Real Ale Bar opened in December 2013. Serving between 8-12 real ales straight from the cask all sourced nationally and locally! Won East Dorset Pub of the SEASON spring 2014, and then went on and won East Dorset Pub of the year 2014. Serves also quality Wine, Cider, Spirits and Lager! Over 21's and Dog Friendly! Experienced, Friendly and attentive staff giving you a warm welcome everytime you visit. Daily happy hour 5-7pm every day of the week with free bar food Friday afternoons from 6pm. Live music every Sunday afternoon from 4-6pm.
