The restaurant itself is nice- clean, bright plenty of room and well decorated. There is a good choice of meals on the menu, you won't struggle to find something you'll like. I got haddock and chips and it was lovely. Cooked perfectly and a good size portion. That and a soft drink came to less than £12.00. Staff were friendly... More

Been a couple of times in the last 4 weeks and not been disappointed. Extensive menu with varied choice all well prepared and presented. Same menu for lunch and dinner but good value for both. No hesitation in recommending.

Recently had dinner in this newly refurbished restaurant. The service was cheerful and efficient. The food was of a very high standard. I had the burger with a fried egg and jalapeños- it was a lovely combination.

I have been to Lorimers on a few occasions for dinner with family and they always manage to accommodate a big group of 15 of us, the experience is so good. Excellent staff, refurbished surroundings, excellent food and value for money, as well as having a good selection of beers and wines. This is a very well run establishment and... More

Having lived in Bishopton for 21 years and moaned that one of the main things lacking was a nice bar with good food, I was pleasantly surprised to go to Lorimers. Having never set foot in it before, I was told it had been renovated and the food was really good, so I thought I'd give it a try. It... More

Went here for a late Sunday lunch with a, mainly, vegetarian friend. There was Macaroni Cheese or Mushroom Alfredo as vegetarian options on the main menu, that was it. Friend has a baked potato with tuna. Plenty of, trendy, gluten free stuff though. The place was very clean and couldn't fault it, lovely big area out the back for sitting/eating... More
