Stopped for cuppa and ended up having full lunch! Great location and food excellent. Bar area welcoming with cosy fire to sit around. Upstiars dining area looks great. We had lunch and it was great food. Teenagers had plenty of choice - local seafood dishes great. Staff welcoming - worthy of a detour.

Set in a sleepy little village at the head of Loch Sheildaig. Only visited here, as in the Winter season, the Torridon Inn is only open at weekends. This turned out to be a nice piece of fortune, as the cosy bar area was perfect for a post Mountain recharge. Great seafood on offer, and other options like the Steak,... More

After hours of walking, climbing, and driving on single-track roads full of sheep, this was the perfect end to my day up in Wester Ross. Attentive and friendly staff looked after me as well when I was the first customer for dinner as when I was joined by twenty other guests. I had the steak as their pizzas were off... More

Popped in for a cuppa, on the way to Lochinver with my son. Great tea. The scone was probably the best I've ever tasted. To our surprise the bar filled up very quickly, it was the middle of winter. the food looked fantastic, and there was a fine selection of beers. Will make a point of going back.

This is a great little pub and restaurant. We've been several times in the peak of the summer season and in the depths of winter. We've never had a bad experience. They have a great selection of beers including some top Scottish news as well as the usual stuff you might find anywhere else. The menu is great and the... More

Popped in on the way past as we were heading home after a long day out for a coffee. To say the staff weren't interested was an understatement. After sitting for 15 minutes we got fed up and left. Clearly they don't want the business.....

Always make a point of stopping here for something to eat. Fresh seafood comes from the loch outside. Has to be the langoustine scampi every time. Pub can be lively in the summer, restaurant upstairs has al fresco dining on the patio weather dependent.

we walked in to a nice wee bar, with a good selection of beer & real ale, we hadn't booked anything but had been recommended the bar by the owner of our B&B, whilst heading upstairs to find a toilet I discovered that there was more tables and since the bar was very busy asked if they had anything available,...
