We have just returned from our dinner at Ninth Wave..superb, exquisite, fantastic, wonderful....and super great service. All of the courses were beautifully plated - as delectable to the eye as they were to the palate.

OMG. Everything here is just perfect. Only 18 covers so service is impeccable. And served by a be-kilted waiter, Jonny - the co-proprietor and also the prime fisherman. I feel sure that it will get a "star" sometime soon.

A nice place to eat but with suitably high prices. Once in a while it is fine to push the boat out so to speak.

We really enjoyed the food, pace of service and ambience in the restaurant. The courses were inventive and superbly cooked and presented. It was nice to be served by the owner as well. The only (slight) downside was being asked if I'd like to add...More

We've heard of and eaten at most of the well known " fine dining " ( although I do not think they seek that label ) establishments in this neck of the woods, e.g., The Three Chimneys, but never come across the 9th Wave before...More
