This place is really called The Soup Dragon. I've been here twice either side of Xmas and it was consistently good quality, serving modern style sandwiches (sourdough, etc), salads and soups. There's also a wide range of cakes and sweets. Quiet, friendly staff.

Had a nice lunch here on our way to Drymen. Loved the "magical" atmosphere and friendly service. Well worth a visit if you enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings. Loved the shop where you can buy lots of unusual gifts and the lovely carpet of snowdrops in the driveway reminding us that Spring was not faraway.

If you have plenty of time to sit and chill to enjoy home made soup, sandwiches, pastas and cake then this is just the place. If you are in a hurry then come back when you have time. This is a place not to be rushed.

Visited from Drymen where we struggling to find places catering to our veggie gluten free and milk free tastes. We lucked out with Soupdragon. There's no music which I loved. The place is kid friendly and cosy. There's loads of books as if they are trying to encourage us to stay longer. They needn't have bothered- the tasty food, coffees... More

Came across this place by just driving past and making a very quick decision to visit.. we weren't disappointed ... Delicious homemade soup and the best ever carrot cake served by a pleasant chap who provided us with free water. We will return to an amazing peaceful spot

This place is a little bit of magic...it's in the countryside so you can go for a nice walk...then you can visit the healing space where they offer loads of alternative therapies. Then you can pop into thee colourful shop ( one selling decorations, gifts, tarot cards ect. and the other selling hand made products and musical instruments). You have... More

A great place for an 'out of the ordinary' dining and shopping experience. The menu is changing this week to winter choices, so we're going back next week. The shop is fascinating, not the run of the mill tourist goods. I think we'll be regulars.
