My daughter came to visit. We decided to have an early lunch at The Brass Door for Saint Patrick's Day. The corned beef and cabbage was excellent. The hamburger was amazing. All in all we left the restaurant fat and sassy. We'll be back.

The Brass Door is a relatively recently opened Irish Pub in downtown Memphis. It's located in a renovated historic building. It feels like an old neighborhood Irish bar in New York City. The bar men give great service. Your glass will never be empty. The food is absolutely amazing. I had the fish and chips and a cup of Irish... More

Irish cooking in Memphis TN. It was above average, I had the fish and chips and the fish was very good but the chips not so much. I had real British chips years ago and constantly looking for the real thing. These were more like hand cut French fries not soggy but not crispy. The atmosphere was good and it... More

I have never been to a better Irish pub!!!! The food was fantastic, the service was above and beyond! We wish we would have found it earlier in out stay, so we could go back again and again. When we return to Memphis, this will be the first place we visit.

We stopped in for drinks and maybe something to eat before a concert. Bartender was friendly, decor was nice. They had Guinness , Harps and Smithwicks on tap, as well as other beers. A few more Irish whiskeys would have been nice. We ended up having a few drinks and moving on, so we never tried the food.

We were just returning from a tour of Sun Studios and were just looking for a cold beverage and a sandwich. This is the place to go. Not only did we get a great lunch (our lunch was terrific) we had some great company. Hats off to Seamus for making us feel like we were old friends! Good hosts are... More

I was staying down the street and popped in for dinner. The beer selection is nice. I would hope that management will eventually pull together a hit list of what is on tap and in the fridge. I had the burger and fries. The burger was prepared nicely. The patty was properly cooked and the bun crisp. The fries were... More

This is a great place to stop and watch "football" that being soccer - lots of space and TVs. Sat at the bar and their were lots of locals that came and went while we were there- Dave was the bartender and he was wonderful. Had a naked cheese burger and salad, and my husband had the fish and chips-... More

This is a great little pub, and the food was excellent. I went with my wife for an early lunch, I think on a Tuesday, and they had half price fish and chips, which they have every week. The fish and chips were excellent, and only around $5 a plate. Nice atmosphere at lunch, quick service. The only negative was... More
