We stopped in to see the ducks. It's a beautiful old hotel. The ducks were swimming around in the fountain. We didn't make it back to see the march of the ducks unfortunately. Take the time to stop in and see this beautiful place and the march of the ducks.

Here for a conference first time visiting the Peabody, did not stay here. It's an old iconic hotel reflecting what life was generations ago. It's been kept pretty in its original form, very dark and cool inside which is a good thing considering the outside temps and humidity. Great open space in the center with of course the "duck fountain"... More

Came here strictly for the march of the ducks. Everyone recommended the 5 pm and to go to the mezzanine level. Well, when we went everyone else had that same idea. We went on a Friday so that might have had something to do with it, however, it was cute to watch those ducks march back to the elevator.

Must have a cocktail in the fabulous lobby and watch the ducks on parade. You can even go to the rooftop to visit them during off hours.

The hotel was amazing. But, they held a concert at the hotel and we couldn't get to the elevator to get to our room. There were too many non-guests using the elevator to go up one floor to the venue. Not to mention we had to walk from the entry drive down to the valet to get someone to get... More

Ducks were cool to watch. Afterwards, we went to the Corner Bar in the Peabody for their Happy Hour. Their specials change daily. We were there on $3 beers and $3 Tennessee Whiskey cocktails special. There was live music, not obnoxious, just a man and his guitar. It looked like a business crowd which was nice to see. Highly recommend... More

We went to see the ducks marching. They seemed stressed and the kids couldn't keep their hands off of them. Pretty weird. But we were told that the ducks are changed every nine weeks so maybe it's not too traumatic for them?

It sounds goofy but the history behind the Peabody and especially the Ducks is interesting if not entertaining for a short time at 11 AM and 5 PM.

We dropped by for Peabody duck and afternoon cake. Unfortunately, it was so crowded. We could not see any ducks walk. After the people left, we could find a table in the beautiful setting. All cakes we ordered were tasty and nicely prepared. Even the sugar for coffee also served as the duck form. The staffs are also nice. It... More

Main attraction is still the hotels and ducks, while Peabody Place is more than that, most tourists will still see it as a grand hotel and a viewing of the ducks. Everything else, food and shopping is so expensive but you can't come to Memphis and miss the Peabody.
