We only had take out but the place buzzed - it was busy (always a good sign) & the fish & chips were quite excellent. Will definitely eat here again - maybe even sit in this time

Chose the faggots which came with either mash or chips and peas (garden or mushy). Service was quick and friendly and the meal was tasty and plentiful. Only problem I encountered was the wine. Only available in small bottles and not the best! Will definitely...More

Poor and slow service, items forgotten from main, drinks and desert order, inaccurate order taking, average food at best. We went for Sunday roast for my wife's birthday, however it was a disappointment.

Came here twice - once for breakfast and another time for chips. The breakfast involved toast with the cheapest margarine possible on it - quite nasty, and not tasty. What a shame! The chips were better, but the veggie options were dreadful. Could you batter...More

I must compliment The Celtic on their quick service takeaway during a very busy weekend in Aberaeron. Very efficient staff. Good food as well.

Fantastic fish and chips they could be the best in wales. Fish cooked well with very thin batter on. The chips are delightful. They also do a variety of other food. Well worth a visit

Went in for a coffee and to check out menu. Relatively busy but not packed. Ordered two coffees and left after waiting 20 minutes. Long wait for basic service. Had gone to order from counter, order taken by waitress who showed us to a table,...More

We can grill you a cod, that is without the batter. Chips are cooked in separate fryers to the fish. If you make the staff aware that you have a gluten intolerance then they will try and assist. Thank you

We had to walk up steps to get in, and a few more steps into the seating area that we used - although there were other places to sit which were on the ground floor level. Things were fairly tightly packed, and I don't... More
