I come here every other week on Saturday for a cuppa and cake. Best price cake and tea in Colwyn Bay. Shame that they don't make their delicious paninis anymore.

I have had an enjoyable lunch snack here several times in spite of the less than cheerful staff. The last time was several weeks ago but when I visited with a friend this week there were no lunches on offer and no explanation forthcoming as to why they had stopped. In fact, an incredible lack of interest, just "we don't... More

Every holiday we visit this place for Breakfast. So lovely. Shame about miserable staff. So hungry and ready for lunch we arrive to find they've stopped selling sandwiches and breakfast. We won't be going ever again.

The staff in the Glass Lounge were very attentive, but not over bearing. The ladies made us feel welcome and gave us time to settle and look at the menu before taking our order. Although the menu is simple, mid morning when we visited, was perfect. We ordered two Americanos and two lots of toast. The coffee arrived swiftly and tasted... More

Many happy hours have been spent here in years gone past choosing shoes in readiness for new school terms. In... More

The Glass Lounge is in the very center of the Colwyn Bay shopping area, As in the name, the cafe is a glass fronted building that has kept its Victorian charm. It has a relaxed, bohemian feel and the coffee and cakes are excellent. It is a really pleasant place to drop into for a relaxed break from work or... More

This place is on the corner of a reasonably busy road, it's nice as you can see in and they have seating outside which was good for us as we had dogs with us. When I went in to get a menu the staff seemed completely silent and didn't really speak till I asked them a question which was s... More
