Stopped here today for a bite to eat on our way back to Presthaven Sands. The carvery is lovely for the price and you can choose whether you have the usual carvery meat or you can have either fish, meat and potato pie or chicken etc but can still help yourself to the veggies on offer. Lots of selection and... More

Come here often for meals with family, safe to say today's visit has put me off returning!! Pork and beef was dry beef is overcooked took it back and asked for fresh meat still overcooked and dry!! Struggled to even digest the meat. Partner had Gammon which he left because it was undercooked and as a chef himself he was... More

Came in here on a Sunday evening. Was very busy and tables are very cramped together,we did wait to be seated but the staff just walked past us so we seated ourselves. Went to the bar to order the food and was served by Lauren, who was the most miserable person I've ever seen, just asked what I wanted, no... More

Hi Terry, I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit, we love great feedback. Our children's menu stays the same no matter what day it is. The only price that goes up is the adult carvery on a Sunday. If you would like to give me a call I can look into why the price you paid might have been different.... More

Mid week Carvery was lovely. Reasonably priced for a family of 4. We all left feeling stuffed. Friendly staff .

We arrived around 6.45pm on a busy Thursday evening and found a table. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The menu is varied with pizza, burgers, and the carvery, but if you order burgers or other mains, you need to get your extras such as chips etc from the carvery. We ordered and were advised of a 25 minute... More

We got two takeaway pizzas from here and although there was nothing wrong with them, there was nothing exciting either. They were very thin crust 12-inch pizzas, so one pizza will feed one hungry adult. We could have had identical pizzas from Tesco for less money and, because you can't phone ahead, would have taken the same amount of time.

Cinnamon880, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Our pizzas are stone baked. That means they are thin crust as apposed to pan pizza which is thicker and are heavily topped (like pizza hut or Dominos). Stone baked pizza is thin and lightly topped and cooked directly on the stone bottom of the oven. The dough is... More

He ensured that our children were entertained, he seated us and fully explained the ordering procedure and he was lovely. The food was fantastic, the building was cosy, the service was great, the food was top... More
