Have passed this many times but never visited so gave it a try one busy Saturday morning. Staff were lovely - friendly and efficient. Ordered a latte with a slice of Victoria sponge. The sponge was a little sweet if I'm honest but fresh and well presented. Latte was a little bitter but second one was better. Fair price. Would... More

First visit and thought it was a nice tidy place with good decor and two friendly staff. Ordered two Cappuccino's but despite the sign outside the shop saying 'The best coffee in Mold... Probably', we both found the coffee to be very weak and told our waitress who was very polite about it and made them stronger. Good effort but... More

Great friendly service. Served quickly because we have less than 50 mins . Freshly made food . I like the panini or soup of the day, sometimes with a sandwich.

Tea and coffee fine, menu small. I had Penine which turned out OK. Nice comfy chairs, and warm environment.

I have shopped at Clay's on a few occasions, but I never knew of the little Treasure of a coffee shop that is tucked away upstairs. I was visiting on my own and was warmly greeted and had my coat taken and hung up for me. It's a small and cosy place and the sandwich that I ordered was well... More

Fab little cafe with great coffee and very nice cakes and snacks. A much better independent option than going to one of the chain coffee shops!

Clays is the only coffee shop in Mold who offer food for coeliacs. I visit every Saturday with family for our morning tea and toasts. Always made welcome. G/f cakes etc available also.
