Lovely pub good best bitter with yummy food in a lovely setting . It's nice to sit outside and watch the shoppers in the marketplace.

The staff were very friendly and the food was good! It does get busy so be aware you may have to wait!. Had the Beefburgers and they were very tasty and filling. Good value for money!
We had a light lunch here. The food was good - my husband had a posh fish finger sandwich, while I had celeriac and apple soup with sourdough bread. The service was very friendly and efficient.
