This restaurant is both in an excellent location, overlooking the Portmeirion inlet, but also is a gastronomic delight. Menus change regularly, but we had three courses each and all were cooked and presented to a really high standard.

Apart from gala nights, we recommend smart casual both in the hotel and castle - although the latter is a little more easy going in style (in other words, you won't be turned away if you're wearing jeans and trainers).
