Food is good, they have some weekly deals on / specials etc. No problems there, service is usually good, but a few times I've had to take a pint of ale back because it wasn't right. This has put me off returning so frequently, as I love my ale and don't want to be forced to order crappy lager just... More

Warm welcome from staff and manager who was also v kind to our 3 year old which does not reflect another customer's negative feedback posted on here. We sat beside a cosy log fire on a cold night which was a treat,... More

We used the bistro while staying at the hotel. The food was good and freshly made. I would recommend to family and friends.

Where do I start. The food was excellent but they sent out a few wrong deserts. The customer service was amazing from the staff, but the manger/owner was rude towards my 2 year old nephew!! Like all kids they do run around the place and my nephew ran towards the staff room. The Manager clearly saw me trying to get... More

We spent 1 night here.We were given an upgraded room on arrival that was in the courtyard. We ate at the restaurant for a reasonably priced meal. The staff in all departments were very friendly. We would definitely stay again .The only criticism was that parts of the hotel need TLC with carpets needing cleaning however this did not spoil our stay.
