Once more we thoroughly enjoyed the unique dining experience and the incredibly tasty food. I love the non-stuffy, relaxed atmosphere they have here, they put you at ease and make you feel very welcome. 10/10 as usual. Diolch yn fawr!

Everything about our evening here was simply perfect - from the decor to the front of house Bethan who welcomed us so warmly to the amazingly delicious and interesting menu. We are still telling people about the food and how the restaurant was not at...More

We had high expectations of "Sospan" and these were definitely met, even exceeded. Michelin star restaurants can often feel stuffy overbearing and pretentious, not so at Sospan just fantastic food prepared and served by immensely skilled and talented people with an obvious love for their...More

Stunningly informal Michelin starred restaurant. Manage to get a booking 4/12 in advance. Had heard good reports and was not disappointed, the food was stunning , 9-10 dishes of varying size but all intensely flavoured and not a single weak dish. Every course left you...More

We visited the restaurant again six months after the last visit (and now following the award of a Michelin star) and it was a fabulous experience. The food was excellent, from the Reindeer moss appetiser right through to the rhubarb with licorice. The selection of...More

After all the hype we were expecting great things. Unfortunately we had eaten better in the Manchester French which hasn't got a Michelin star!! The service was poor, we were left with empty glasses and without drinks for very long time no periods. The food...More

I think this is due to the fact that they plan for 16 covers over an evening and they don't take anymore thus disappointing prospective customers. I am not sure that they have a waiting list.

Hi I think they are now taking bookings for Jan 2018 and as its a tasting menu, so no choices, when we there 5 of the nine courses were fish or meat.
