My husband found this pub whilst working in Anglesey and raved about the delicious traditional home cooked food and friendly atmosphere, excellent service. We have since visited twice and on all occasions had wonderful food, service and a friendly welcome. Good menu which changes with seasonal and local fresh produce.

We stop here for drinks before going for food at Dylan's. It was a Saturday night and very busy but service was great as it was well staffed. It also had a decent selection of beers.

One meal of mussels ok! Onions need shredding, and a spoon would have been nice for the juice! Fajitas Luke warm, lettuce arrived brown had to be returned then it was limp seemed like the brown bits had been picked out, Pork scratching don't attempt if you want to keep your teeth! Apple sauce from a jar nice, When paying... More

The food was exceptional and a great selection to suit the smaller appetite.....the service from the staff was great and all with a smile.but while eating people were constantly catching the back of my seat I found it very disturbing and to some extent ruined my eating experience

The place looks like a typical pub with food but the food is not that typical. Proper welsh lamb, mussels and crabs done in a great way. It was so tasty and delicious that we will probably remember that for long. On top of that service was amazing, all waiters were so nice and friendly. Will highly recommend this place... More

Went for an evening meal after a long walk, stopped at The Liverpool Arms for a drink and a meal. The food and service were very good. The waitress was very friendly and there was a good choice of food to choose from. Something for everybody. Will definately visit again

I live in the area and have been dining at the Liverpool Arms for a long time and have always rated it highly and recommended it to friends and family. Came for lunch with my daughter yesterday and had the worst lunch I have had in along time. I ordered the fish pie with peas and kale and my daughter... More

Have been visiting the Liverpool Arms for a few years now and I honestly think it is the best pub in Wales. The food has always been excellent, but has recently become even better with the hiring of 2 new chefs. The menu and specials board have always offered fantastic choices, sometimes its difficult to choose as there are so... More

Recommended by a friend so we drove the 20 minutes or so for tea away from the kids. Have been here before but only for a drink. We were made to feel really welcome although we hadn't booked and there was an extensive menu and list of specials. For starter I opted for mushroom crostini and the hubby had nacho's.... More
