Great little restaurant serving delicious locally sourced food. I had the half portion fish and chips. A marriage made in heaven! Only negative for me was the price - in my humble opinion it's slightly OTT, especially for the puddings - hence only four stars.

Firstly, make sure you book, it's always busy It's quite a misleading place, when you get there you find a caravan park with a low walled shed, this is the right place, the "shed" is the restaurant run by two brothers. There are great Gluten free options and everything on the menu is fresh. the staff are excellent and always... More

On a camping weekend we booked into this wonderful place. The staff were really friendly and the owners were out and about serving and chatting to customers. The food was excellent! We ate here twice, dinner & breakfast

Fantastic little place, very rustic, excellent food, great service. Last time we went we shared a fish platter & it's the best we have ever had, so fresh & all local. Good selection of beers & wines. Deserts are lovely too. Must go back soon!

We visited with friends who had been once before and highly recommended it. It does everything a restaurant should do. Serve good local ingredients, cooked well in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Between the four of us there was not a single dish that we could complain about. that's quite rare for us as we all like our food. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant restaurant this is.Off the main road, not a big parking area but sufficient. Food was superb, staff extremely welcoming and helpful. What put the icing on the cake for us was our enquiry as to whether gluten free options were available. Their reply "anything on the menu can be done gluten free". Food freshly cooked - wonderful.... Having recently settled on Anglesey we decided to taste the 'delights' of the locally recommended Marram Grass. Our truffle amuse-bouche was excellent as were our starters of mussels and soup, my wifes beef roast was good in every way. As a lover of Welsh lamb for many years I was sorely dissappointed, it was extremely rare, tough and required a... More

Visited for lunch on a miserable grey wet Saturday. The restaurant was packed and the food delicious - perfect ingredients and creative flair. Definitely one to return to.

Another visit and as always a fantastic experience. Food was amazing absolutely delicious. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was great. Unfortunately closed next month for maintenance when we are next in the area 😂. However, staff need a holiday as they all work so hard so hope they all enjoy their well deserved break.

Description
We started The Marram Grass because we believed we could create a place that offers good, creative food using local produce and seafood, all within an informal setting.

On Anglesey we are surrounded by beautiful produce, fresh fish and shellfish and it is not lost on our team of chefs. We work hard to keep our menu moving and we change them regularly to best accommodate the fresh and seasonal produce that comes in through our door.

In our low-key setting we have create an inviting and relaxed atmosphere without taking any shortcuts on quality. We have a full, purposeful wine list and a selection of local beers, as well as a good selection of some the the worlds Gins.

We offer small portions of our menu for children and are happy to accommodate, well behaved dogs as long as they sit under the table.

We want you to eat with us, we enjoy our job hosting and cooking so come on over and try us out. See you soon, The Marram Grass Team x
