Was walking out into the hills from Lampeter so very welcome visit to this deli when we got back. Had a Perl Wen and cranberry salad - absolutely delightful and a very tasty cheese.
Friendly and personable service; safe and secure environment with all the...required protocols in place
Certainly recommend this cafeMore
Stopped off on our way to the National Trust at Llanerchaeron for lunch. Nice bright deli and cafe with friendly staff. The cheese platter and the pork pie platter were excellent, the cheese one in particular with several local cheeses. They also served a nice...glass of Sauvignon Blanc. A good choice for lunch with toasties, baguettes, sandwiches as well as various platters all reasonably priced. Cakes looked lovely but too full to try. Easy to find on the High Street and plenty of parking either on the main road or nearby car parks.More
A beautifully decorated establishment, with a variety of high-quality, local ingredients. The staff are always friendly, and whilst the prices may be slightly higher than some of the other local cafes, it is worth it for the quality of food you receive. I frequent here...every few months, and the food is always of the same high standard.More
I am quite a frequent visitor to this cafe. Its light and airy with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is good quality and the standards are high. The prices are reasonable and there is a nice range of choices from filled baguettes to meat platters....There are always quirky little things to tempt you on the shelves either for yourself or for great gifts. The staff are efficient and professional as well as being friendly.More

We don’t offer a full breakfast menu as such, gluten-free or otherwise. We do offer bacon sandwiches which can be had on gluten-free bread or you could have gluten-free toast with choice of jam or marmalade. Our homemade granola is made with oats- we have had some people who will take this as a gluten free option and others who won’t. Hope this helps.
