The garden area had great ambiance and was far enough off the street to be peaceful and quiet.
Waitstaff brought us complementary ginger turmeric tea and small bowls of soup, both delicious.
We had a long wait for our mains as they were short staffed on that day -an unusual thing.
The food is very thoughtfully prepared from high quality ingredients. It is all wonderfully flavorful. Our group was impressed by the great feelings we had after eating; full, sated, but in no way overstuffed or uncomfortable.
The owner came out and spoke to us at the meals end and was very engaging. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is of the caliber I would hope to find in any major city; if it were in my home town, it would be a solid go-to choice.

My wife and a few friends went to Yasmina’s vegan restaurant to celebrate my birthday, a wedding anniversary and our last night in San Pancho. We dined under glorious trees in the open-air patio, enjoying the live music and tables draped in beautiful fabrics and dripping candles.
Yasmina is a powerful connected person who wants to heal the world one customer at a time. The menu is creative vegan with associated health benefits of the dishes written in the description. She says she “channels” each dish!
After our meal, Yasmina sat at our table and took the time to present each of us with birthday and anniversary gifts and blessings. We were pleasantly surprised to learn she offers birthday meals on the house!
Her enterprise is a family affair and you can tell she gives everything she does 110%. Highly recommended.

I've come here many times and recommend it for dinner to everyone who comes to San Pancho for the first time. The first time i came here was when she was up the street in a smaller location. I came back the next year to see they'd moved to a much larger, much more beautiful spot which is a testament to how good the place is. :) The ambiance is incredible but mostly I bring people here for the magical tea they serve everyone (not sure what exactly is in it other than ginger but it's soooo good), and the unique guacamole which is unlike any i've had anywhere else. And Yasmina herself is part of the experience. If she's there, she will sometimes come to your table to tell you about the menu, the experience, and other magical things. <3
I believe the second part of the restaurant name uses the letters from her kid's names, many of whom work there making the delicious food. :)
(Sidenote: make sure to use the restroom while you're here. It's one of the most beautiful bathrooms i've ever seen. Seriously!;)
Highly recommend Yasmina's Itzalanyasayan for a dine in experience.

My partner and I found this place by word of mouth . Such a great vibe and welcoming crew.
The food was recharging after a weekish of going hard on tacos and other great Mexican food, my stomach thanked me. Energizing and flavorful, we came for lunch and dinner the same day!

Yasimnas was wonderful! Food was delicious & felt very clean and of quality/ high vibrational cuisine. The setting is beautiful... nicely decorated with beautiful art & plants. Can't miss. Lovely experience for those interested in healthy magical cuisine :)

We have been coming here for a few years, have brought many friends and family. Yazmina’s story started from a humble beginning and now has just become one of the best places to eat! She has gone to a complete vegan menu, the flavours burst in your mouth. She truly knows how to put her ingredients together for us to enjoy!

This is where I go to treat myself or any visiting friends/family. The food is fantastic (I particularly love the udon and the dumpling salad), the environment is beautiful and relaxing, and Yasmina herself is a wonderful person who always seems so positive and full of energy. A must-visit restaurant for anyone visiting San Pancho, and a great place to eat for those of us that live here.

Excellent experience. Tasty food, beautiful setting. We were welcomed with fragrant tea and lentil soup. We ordered fish tacos and mushroom zucchinis casadias with a side salad and it was very tasty.

Just a heads up. It was probably unusual for me to have gotten sick here since so many people love this restaurant ,but I ended up very sick after eating here. I don’t wish them ill because everyone was so friendly and helpful I just wanted to mention so that no one else has to spend as much time in the bathroom as I did after eating there. When my travel mate went to tell them that I got sick, they sent her back with some coconut water & ginger tea for me. Thank goodness for Cipro.

My girlfriend and I have been in Puerto Vallarta 3 weeks trying all the restaurants we could find, and we’ve had a lot of great food. This was our favorite experience.
It’s an unassuming place and we almost passed it by. I’m so glad we didn’t. Everything is fresh and very creative. I’m a big meat eater and they don’t serve any meat (it’s basically pescatarian - some dishes have seafood), but I didn’t even care because the flavors were so good and I left satisfied.
The owner also took the time to sit down with us and explain the menu and was very sweet. We will definitely come back any time we’re in San Pancho.
We also got the red and green quesadillas which were both great, and make sure to get some of the guacamole that they’re known for.

From the moment you see the restaurant you start to feel the energy. You start with complimentary tasty morsels to warm your belly and soul while you swoon over the menu items.
This has what you are looking for and blows your expectations to a new plane. Ambitious flavor, texture and color combinations emerge from the kitchen and they work! My eyes were rolling back into my head with every bite.
The meal is an entire joy.
If you are lucky, the owner will come by and say hello.

This is the restaurant to visit if you want to know what real Mexican food tastes like. Everything is cooked to order from the handmade tortillas to all the dishes prepared from scratch.
We went there for lunch and It had great vegetarian and fish choices. Had the fish tacos and they were the best ever. We also had a bowl and it was an amazing combination of salad, grains, and fish. Very original combination of flavors.
We returned for dinner the next day and had the soup and the quesadilla. Once again, an original combination of flavors with red tortilla and fresh ingredients. Enough for 2 people.
Food was thoroughly explained and presented. Service was great.
One of the most original restaurants that I have been anywhere in Mexico (or California). We would have gone several more times but they were closed on our last 2 days.

Definitely a new favorite in San Pancho. Plant based with seafood options. Nice little garden patio. Greeted with a complimentary “welcome tea” and a sample soup. Both delicious! Purchased the cold pressed cilantro shot and mushroom dumpling salad. Wow - incredible flavors. Great “energy” (educational if interested) and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

I like to eat healthy and this restaurant has found a wonderful combination of both healthy and tasty food. Yasmina is a kind and caring individual and her staff is wonderful. Cannot wait to go back.
