We happened upon this spot accidentally because White Limozen was way tooo loud. We saw it from the roof. It was one of our favorite if not the favorite meal we had on the Nashville/Memphis trip. The meatloaf and peach cobbler was like no other...we've had. The whole vide and experience was outstanding.More

It is still the best place in Midtown for food, drinks and music. I've been here several times over the course of 8 years, and it never disappoints!

Came in Feb 23, 2024 to grab a bite while searching for a local hotel to stay at. The place itself is pretty eclectic, they've got indoor seating cafeteria style in one area, a covered semi outdoor seating area and bar (not actually outdoors but...large windows open into the bar) and actual outdoor seating; it's a pretty cool place to chill. The bartender was a cool guy and can whip up a good cocktail quick. I ordered the Row Burger based on recommendations, and if you like pimento cheese you will love it; me, I'm not big on pimento cheese so I didn't enjoy it too much but it was still decent...again, if you're a pimento cheese lover the Row Burger is definitely a good choice. Meat was cooked perfect and all the ingredients were fresh and spot on. I also had the Row Poppers, and let me tell you those were GOOD! Hickory bacon with some kind of maple glaze and (yes) pimento all slapped up around the jalapeño, but what a great blend of ingredients. My buddy had the biscuits and jam and I tried one of those and they were stupid good, and I don't normally like biscuits with jam! The parking was ample and not too cramped, service was great, prices were very realistic for such a touristy area, and the location is great. Compared to some other similar places in the area this is definitely hands above most, hence the 5 stars. Thank you Row Kitchen staff!More

Lots of food choices on the menu which is part of the reason we selected this spot. Everything from salads to barbecue to “southern favorites” (think shrimp & grits, pork shank, fried catfish, etc.). We got multiple different meals and everything was fantastic. Cocktails were...also some of the best we had in Nashville. You can listen to live music on one side of the restaurant or have a quiet meal on the other side. All and all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Excellent service, too!More

Don’t do it! I ordered the fried catfish, per the waiter, one of their most popular dishes. I ate a few bites and felt it smelled a bit funny, not fishy, but odd. I sent it back and immediately had a shot of Jack Daniels....Within an hour, I was too sick to do anything but return to the hotel and spend the night on the toilet with terrible diarrheaMore

We were here several years ago when we were in Nashville and were very happy with it so we decided to come again for lunch. We were not disappointed. I had the gluten free pancakes with strawberries and bananas. They were 3 very large pancakes...and they were good and filling. My husband and the Row Bennie and was happy with it. One of my son's had the Pork sandwich and the other one had the Classic Cheeseburger. They were both very happy with their meals. Our server was Zac and we were very impressed with him. He went out of his way to help to make our dining experience very good. We also enjoyed all the history that went along with the place.More

Every part of the experience was perfect. Our server, Trevor, was outstanding- he had most tables in the bar area but was still so attentive. He offered great suggestions, had an upbeat personality and was a pleasure to talk to. We started with the sweet...potato skins. What a good surprise-such unique flavors together. For our main courses we ordered the Chicken fried chicken and BBQ. Both were great. The music for the evening was provided by local college students in the 2 Cool 4 School program. All the singers were saw were very talented. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Nashville.More

A nice spot to eat with live music. The quality of the (short) performances were variable, thus alltogether nice. The food was southern and fried and of good quality. The ambience was okay, simple and kinda plain, not special.

We arrived at 3:30 pm 12/29 after a nice Old Town Trolley tour. Zachary was our very accomplished server. We had comp tickets for pickles & Beignets from our hotel Hampton Inn just across Lyle street. Both very good. I tried 3 drafts all thumbs...up: Nut Brown Ale, Bearded Iris & KY Bourbon Barrel. Shrimp & Grits will make you smile. Zachary suggested adding a biscuit. I say get 2 biscuits! My wife had the Chicken Fried Chicken. Stuffing and gravy were tasty also. The Cobbler of the day was peach and they have ice cream!!!! We will be back Saturday 12/30 after The Terps beat Auburn in the Music City Bowl!!!!!!!More
