Food was good. Service was ok. I think it had to do with our particular server. All his tables were long behind any of the other's. The venue is great - small, personal. Anyone that likes country music...this is a must see.

This is a fabulous venue that the music is the showcase! We showed up around 5:30 for the 6:00pm Saturday show and we were able to get right in and get seated close to the stage. I loved the music, the food and the atmosphere. My only recommendation would be a way in which to purchase the music we heard,... More

What a great way to spend an evening! Really good music by emerging artists, excellent service, and a delicious meal, My husband and daughter had the rosemary chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans; I had the beef brisket sliders. They also had a good selection of beers and wines. Everything was yummy! The Listening Room has two seatings each... More

OK, we’d gone for the music but the food proved to be pretty good as well. We tried to make online reservations for the early show but, for reasons unknown, the page refused to complete – each time showing an unspecified “error” – though we knew we’d completed it correctly, even trying different credit cards. However, we were able to... More

You come to the Listening Room for one thing and one thing only.... amazing music. I've come here twice and will plan to be there every time I'm in Nashville, without question. Both times, you get treated to a meal while listening to handful (seem like it's usually 3 - 5) emerging artists who all play their own original music... More

I loved the listening room! It was my favorite stop while we were in Nashville. If you are a true country music fan do not miss this! Make sure you book your tickets in advance ($10) as the place fills up quickly. This is the type of place where you just sit and listen to wonderful real country music. The... More

We went to the Listening room and were surprised by the talent. We were there with a small group and everyone loved Luci (trio of girls from California). The food was pretty decent and the service was pretty darn good too.

GREAT NIGHT OUT AND A DIFFERENT PASE FROM DOWNTOWN HONKY TONKS. Went with friends looking for something a bit different and quieter/slower pace from the Broadway scene which we like of course. This place was a nice break and more personal and had a bite to eat at teh same time and drinks. You sit at a table get there... More

Went to the Halloween show featuring the Song Suffragettes. Fabulous! The staff is friendly and attentive. We had the brisket sliders - delicious! Great evening. I recommend the Monday evening show featuring the Song Suffragettes.

Our server from Josephine's (which by the way is definitely 5 stars) told us about this place. She said the locals go there. What a wonderful venue and is not to be missed! Song writers perform their songs that they have written for some pretty famous people. Make sure you buy tickets online before you go or you might now... More
