The food and service was absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend the sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and lemon cookies they are my favorite!

This restaurant is a fun locally owned place to go with great comfort food. The portions are large at reasonable prices. They have great daily specials. You have to get the banana pudding (to share). Excellent service- great for families.

I’ve been to Dean’s numerous times and it’s always great food, large portions, and incredibly consistent. The pot roast is amazing, would love to have the recipe. The fire roasted corn is delectable. I tried roasting it at home over a wood fire and it...More

In addition to their regular lunch and dinner menus, Dean's also has daily specials written on their menu board. Today it was a difficult decision between the Fried Catfish and the Fried Cod. The Fried Cod won and I really enjoyed it. Crisp, light batter...More

We've been to Dean's three times now, each time for lunch. Dean's is located in Oak Ridge's historic Jackson Square. Back in the day when I was growing up in Oak Ridge, Dean's was the Jackson Square Pharmacy :-). To get to the point: Dean's...More

Dean's is one of the two restaurants in Oak Ridge at which I will willing eat. The selections are few, but the food is well prepared and presented. The staff is attentive.

We took some colleagues to Dean's for a business dinner. The waiter was attentive and very helpful without being intrusive. I had the turkey dinner with green beans. The turkey and stuffing was excellent but the green beans were too salty and over cooked for...More

We are located in historic Jackson Square. This property once housed Jackson Square pharmacy. After 55 years in the same family this property became available because the previous owners wished to retire. We were lucky to get it. We renovated and tried to keep as much of the original charm as possible. We hope you like it.
