We have eaten at this Firehouse Subs several times and it's been good, but today everything went wrong. I'm not sure who the fellow was that took our order, because the receipt says Karen S., but it definitely was not her. Anyway I ordered a medium sub combo on wheat with no onion and no mayo, but extra cheese. I... More

Ate here early Thursday evening and ordered a medium Engineer Sub on wheat. Had a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. The sub was very warm and fresh and was delicious. Will eat here again when back in the area.

This place is ahead of other sub places but it is still not what it should be; especially when the mess up two of the 4 subs I ordered to go. I had to wait until they got it fixed.

The subs were on the average side. They do not have as many items to put on your sub as most places and it is a little on the expensive side.

I don't know that the world needed yet another sub place like this, but at least this one is slightly better than the more famous options. Enough similarities to be a little annoying, but enough differences not to keep you away. I enjoyed my medium-sized sandwich here. It had good flavor. I'd be curious about whether the larger size would... More

The people working at this sub shop is the winner. They bring the food to you and offer to take away your empty basket and trash. The subs were typical for Firehouse Subs and I love to use the drink machine that gives you various choices of flavors. Would visit again because of the great service.

There are numerous restaurants in the Smyrna area where you can order a sub sandwich and I have tried them all....without a doubt Firehouse Subs is my favorite. The food is made to order; however, well worth the wait (which is not very long). Servers are friendly and they are patient while you try and decide from the numerous options... More

These folks do a good job with their entire operation. I like their smoked turkey. The kids there are courteous and do the best they know to serve. Also the soft drink machine is different from any that I've ever seen -- lots of choices and lots of fun to use it.

Okay, here is the scoop. The food here is very good. Probably the best subs around. Fast service, nice employees, accurate orders, good atmoshere. They just need to change 2 things. The price of a meal is a little over the top. (That's why we don't go very often). They need to bring the price down some and it would... More

I love this place under normal conditions. The brisket is my fave. Went today and they have a special with pulled pork. Outstanding. They also have the Coke freestyle machine which means you get to pick from over 100 drinks. More expensive than other sub places, but much better sandwiches.
