We where staying at a house on the lake very close to this marina seeing the lake because we are building a house down there but we have always used another marina and when we came though this place not expecting the outcome. The best food on Watts Bar Lake. And the service was extremely great and fast. We highly recommended this place coming by boat or car service was fantastic we docked are boat and Jackson helped us tie up very nicely then we headed to the restaurant where we where sat and then shortly waited on by the same Jackson? We could not believe how hard working and kind this guy Jackson was and how fast and great he and the staff are at this marina!!! Food was amazing and service was even better. We will be using this marina in the future from now on!! We had an awesome experience because of that guy and terrace view marina.

What a wonderful gem this place is!! Came to this wonderful place with my husband and 4 children. We stayed in one of the 2 bedrooms and it was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, there was a full stocked kitchen, and a porch and fire pit just steps out the front door. The view is breath taking to say the least, and the perfect location to sit back with a bonfire and enjoy the serene landscape as the sun sets. There is a pool on the property that is well maintained, upscale lounge chairs and tables, a bonfire area and chiminea to warm up by after a swim. There is also a family run restaurant with excellent food at reasonable prices, I could almost drink their homemade ranch! What an amazing family that owns this place too; they cater to our every need, we felt like family. Cannot wait to visit again, already booked a trip to return in just a couple of months.

We have stayed on the lake twice and rented pontoon boats at this marina each time. Great experience both times! Also enjoying a surprisingly great dinner at the restaurant too! The salads and desserts were delicious! Family owned with great personal service too. Highly recommend if you are visit Watts Bar Lake!

Ordered 2 pizzas from the 9.99 menu. Two pizzas with 2 toppings each and a pack of cookies was $38, plus the $5 left for the pick up tip. We did not eat inside, just ordered to go, the pickup time for 2 pizzas was 25 minutes, so not sure of the layout or views from inside. We liked the pizza, just did not love it. It was a very heavy pizza and slightly greasy and sticks to the cardboard, so pull off gently or you will lose toppings. That is okay, we will go again and try other menu items at another time. The staff are very nice-the two we interacted with anyway.

This family run Marina was most welcoming from beginning to the end. Great facilities. Would highly recommend. The 7 children were totally involved in running the business. All are courteous, friendly and helpful. Sadly the restaurant was closed for the season.

My family eats here. Country singing on Saturday night. They have beautiful views of water. You can come by boat ,car or walk from motel.

Busted Watts Bar lake with my family. It is a wonderful river for pleasure boating. Had a great time. Finished up with a hidden gem called Terrace View Marina - had some great food with great service by the family owned and family run full service marina. The fried catfish thtbi had was super and more than I could possibly eat, others family members had shrimp and chicken as well as a grilled chicken salad. All was really really good. If your on the TN River boating or just driving through or around SPring City, I would highly recommend a visit - thanks to the Cauley’s for a job well done!

We come through as a large group of PWC riders while on the annual Tennessee River 600. The Cauley family always makes us feel right at home! The accommodations are perfect for both the riders and the machines. All of family members are a joy, and they go out of their way to help us out. Thank you Terrace View, we’ll see you next year!!!!

We have eaten here multiple times, Mark, Heather and family always make you feel at home and serve up a great meal. We have had the fish, sandwiches, pizza and more. It is always good. It's a nice drive by car or boat.

Stopped at this wonderful family-run marina on the Tennessee River via trawler for an overnight and ended up staying for three! The huge pool is spotless. Gas and pump outs are available. Owners, Heather and Mark are very happy to lend boaters a vehicle for necessary boat provisioning. For those arriving by car, pontoon boats are available for rent. We've stayed at many marinas and Terrace View is at the top of our list. Highly recommend!
