The wait for food was extremely long, the chips were cooked in rancid oil, and the serving staff was extremely rude.

This dish is so good I ordered it two nights in a row. Queso was good. Salsa fresh, but a little too spicy. Margarita was terrible. If you like carbonated margaritas, then you’ll like it.

Stopped into Cueva de Oso during a long road trip across Texas. The food was delicious, the restaurant was lovely, and the service came with a smile. It was well worth the detour. Would definitely recommend.
My husband and I stopped in at Cueva de Oso for lunch. The sign said they were the "cutest" restaurant in the area. I have to agree with that statement. The food was fresh and home made. Service was laid back but I wouldn't say...More
