We were traveling from Austin to Waco and needed a place to eat lunch. We Googled for best restaurants nearby and found The Gin. Our food was delicious, especially the onion rings. Great find!

This is a great place but a tad pricey. The food though is usually pretty good and the service consistent.

You can eat indoors or outdoors. It is located next to a creek. Fun place to visit. There are also more places to eat there. It is usually not to crowded. Only a few blocks off of I-35.

They have a bar food menu if you're wanting a snack. Starts at $6. Good portioning too.
