Crazy great, both food and atmosphere! No joke...the best Pancake we have ever had and the homemade Biscuit w/ Egg, Sausage & Cheese was to die for!

Great options for breakfast. Service was good and so was the food. Hasn’t been before for breakfast but will go again. Just wish it was all day breakfast

This is my breakfast spot. The omelettes are big, as are the pancakes. I eat the grits every time. According to my friend the coffee is pretty good.

The food was decent (but how can you ruin eggs & bacon). The thing that I didn't enjoy was the hassle of standing in line to order your food at the counter then hovering - waiting for someone to get up from their table so...you could grab a place to sit down. We sat at a large round table and placed dirty dishes to the side...it took a while for someone to take them away. We then had to ask someone to wipe the table. The place is too small with tables too close to one another. We may give it a try again, when it's not busy - but I doubt it.More

The Boerne Grill is in an old historic building on Boerne's busy Main Street. However, this is not a tourist place. it is where the locals eat. The food is always good and the prices are great. The bacon is always crisp and I like...the marble rye toast. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but the food in this place is always good & hot off the griddle.More

Wonderful photos of Old Boerne and a life now past. Good, solid food, child friendly, very reasonable, a good place to stop on your way shopping up and down the street.

We had an unusual and unpleasant experience when we visited this place for the first time. There were tables without people scattered about, but each still had dishes on them. While I went to order at counter, my wife moved some dishes aside on a...larger table. By the time our name was called for our food, no one had yet cleaned any table. I went back to the counter and asked if a table could be bused. Someone took dishes from our preferred table but did not wipe it. My burger was too well done, had an unusual taste, and the house chips had no taste at all. My wife was more pleased with her food, but was uncomfortable about the overall cleanliness of this cafe. Not a chance we will return.More

My friend had a traditional breakfast of bacon, eggs, grits and toast. The bread tasted homemade. Their pastries and kolaches looked very good. Next time we will try that!

You order at the counter and then seat yourself. When your order is ready they call your name and you get your plates of food. The coffee is self serve and there are 5 varieties you can choose from. I liked that you could see...the cooks making your food fresh. The prices were definitely affordable. The food was average. I wish the utensils weren’t plastic.More
