The Boerne Grill & coffee shop appears to be hanging on by a thread. I ordered a Rueben which in this part of the country (Settled by Germans) is a no brainer. Apparently the Boerne grill lost the recipe! My wife ordered a "toasted" tuna sandwich but after waiting nearly 25 minutes in a restuarant otifitted to seat 40, and... More

We ate lunch here during our visit to Boerne, and the guys came here for coffee and a break while the girls shopped. They have several coffees, good sandwiches, sweets, teas, and good stuff to eat. We sat in the front windows and watched the people go by, and cooled our heels. Loved it.!!!

We were looking for a nice place and Boerne Grill seem to fit the bill. On MLK Monday it was one of the few places open. We found a few people sitting with their drinks, little did we know they were all waiting for their order. The 1/2 sandwich and soup: the tomato soup was more suited for spaghetti sauce;... More

Let's start with the name Boerne "Grill". I don't recall seeing a "grill" here. Griddle? Yes. This place is a twofer: Boerne Grill and The Daily Grind. Pluses are that everything is homemade: pastries, ice cream, potato chips. Ambiance is typical old-fashioned Hill Country: quaint, dated, but clean. This place looks like it used to be an old store, as... More

The food is always excellent. The breakfast is a particularly good value. We've had lunch here also and enjoy their homemade chips. The location is excellent with free parking. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. We always enjoy eating here.

Several of my colleagues meet once a week there for breakfast and it has been consistently good food. We plan to keep going back. Never been there for lunch, however.

My husband and I stopped here on our way home. It took 40 minutes to get our breakfast, which was just average. The kitchen was open and all were working hard. Maybe short-staffed but my experience today will send me somewhere else.

My husband and I came from out of town and wanted a place to sit, talk, and enjoy a bite. After stopping by a couple of places we found this spot. Great Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt - SO good!!! We also had some Iced Coffee (mine with Almond Milk!) before we left. We appreciated the casual atmosphere with TV, and... More

When my office was on Main St., this was our go-to for quick but delicious sandwiches, dessert, and coffee. The turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich with their hand-made potato chips could be the only thing on the menu and it would be sufficient. But they have plenty of other great selections.
