The service at Brenham Grill is always great. We had Mexican, Italian, and American and everyone was pleased. They have the best chips and salsa, which is served to anyone ordering Mexican food. Their homemade bread is also delicious! A sweet couple own and operate the restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

We had friends from Austin come over for a few days. We made a quick trip to Brenham so the ladies could do some shopping and the guys could eat some Blue Bell Ice Cream. Had lunch at Brenham Grill. Very varied and good menu. Food was great for an afternoon lunch.

I was a little concerned about the food based on some of the reviews I saw, but it was excellent! And based on the food on our table and some of the tables around us, the portions are very large.

I was so caught up in the gorgeous building and antique decor that I didn't pay as much attention to the food. It was pretty average and I had no complaints. The staff was helpful. Little pricey.

Wow - where to start - the service was good, although there seemed to be a language barrier. The meatloaf was very thin and tasted awful, the hamburger steak was tough but had good flavor, the chicken parmigiana with a side of ravioli was just odd- it's hard to describe, it was just bad food to be perfectly honest. There... More

Quaint restaurant in Ant Street Inn Hotel. The prices are beyond reasonable. I didn't see anything over $10 on the menu. They had burgers, salads, Italian, and as well as Mexican. We were a party of 7 and were served in a timely manner. The wait staff were pleasent

Im sure you are wondering why would we deal with a rude manger or owner (whatever he is) for three times? LOL, good question. Well its because we have stayed in The Ant Street Inn three times, great place BTW. The Brenham Grill is the restaurant that facilitate the included morning breakfast that comes with the over night stay, it... More

Delicious, crispy-tender chicken fried steak; yummy peach cobbler a la mode (Bluebell of course)! Beautiful historic setting. I highly recommend!

Have twice been able to stop by on road trips to enjoy their EGGS BENEDICT Breakfast with new potatoes and a fruit cup.
