Fargo's has been much heralded by many, so I was excited to have the opportunity to meet and eat there. You are given a choice of lean or moist brisket. I chose lean. The brisket is very good, not outstanding. However, I also got the sausage, and the sausage is one of the best I have ever eaten anywhere. If... More

Arrived about 20 minutes till opening on Saturday morning. They helped me decide how much of each thing to order for the size party I had at home. Even though they were busy, they still loaded the food in my car for me without my even asking. Very friendly service! The food was excellent. We had ribs, chicken, rib tips,... More

You cannot go to Bryan/College Station without going here if you love BBQ. Alan and Belinda are really nice, down home folks, and you would never know they rate consistently in the top 10 BBQ restaurants in the whole state of Texas. I got sliced beef and ribs. Both were great. I always get enough to bring home. This is... More

My husband and I were visiting our daughter at A & M and went there for dinner. I enjoyed how friendly everyone was that worked there. The case held beautiful barbeque and sides. We ordered moist brisket, it was fork-tender it fell apart. The ribs were huge and delicious and the sausage had a great smoke to it. Their mac... More

Fargo's is some of the best barbeque in Texas. It is slow cooked to perfection, but beware - they only prepare so much and when it is gone, it is gone! There are only a few tables, so be prepared to "take out" your dinner.

Some of the best Barbecue you will ever eat. One of the best places in BCS. Small family run and makes you feel at home. Had sliced beef and sasuage - WOW. The ribs looked amazing also - Will get them next trip. Excellent food, price and service.

If you want the best BBQ, and a lot of it for a little money, then stop at Fargo's Put Barbecue. You'll be mighty satisfied, but don't get there too late in the day. They only serve what's been cooked fresh for that day. When it's gone, it's closing time, which could be early afternoon. Enjoy!

I love their barbecue. No one else is close. The best part is that they don't sauce the meat automatically when serving it. That allows you to taste the wonderful flavor.
