First the good points - BBQ sauce was great, sausage was just ok, and the turkey was at best average. Now the rest of the story. Lean brisket was dry, dry, dry. I normally only add BBQ sauce to my brisket for a little enhanced flavor but this brisket needed it for moisture. Not a lick of moisture in the... More

We were surprised to find this jewel when we stopped for gas. We ordered beef sliced brisket and sausage sandwiches to go and they were fantastic. The brisket was so very tender and smokey flavor, not something we find in Minnesota.

Awesome burger and fries. Also is connected to a truck stop so big vehicles can get and out of here. It's a great place to spend the night and they also have some really good sweet tea! Def stop if you are passing through!

Ate there twice. Got sick both times. No more! Flies were everywhere! No pest control at all. Shame, too. Food tasted good.

I love this place. Their barbecue and fixings are delicious and we like to drive thru their window to pick up dinner and take it home with us.

BBQ is one of those things that each resultant has a following. Flavor profiles can very. But I was not impressed. Meat was tuff. A lot of chew Beans were too salty. Potato salad had pimento so it had a different flavor. Service was good and place was clean. Just not for me

Meat was dry and tasted like it had been boiled in a pot of water for about 5 days. Friendly service but that is about all.

I really like BBQ and cook it often. So finding good true BBQ is hard. This was good. Could use a bit more smoke and seasoning. But it was tender They were out of chicken. The ribs had a little tug. Seemed they might have been rushed. Sides were good. Had potato salad and beans. I will stop in a... More

We stopped in at lunch time and I am always cautious when it comes to Texas BBQ. I have found most to be lacking. Especially the sauces. We got the Smoked Sausage Sandwich and it was actually pretty tasty. It is no Rudy's but I would stop in again for the smoked sausages. We didn't get anything else so no... More

While traveling through Central Texas, we needed a break and BBQ sounded good. I was kinda leery of the fast food appearance of this place, but the folks were friendly and the food was great. I wanted to try both the beef and the sausage, but didn't want a lot of food. I chose the the beef and jalapeno/ cheese... More
