Pizza is nothing spectacular the pizza we got was light in sauce which tasted plain. The best part of the pizza was the cheese nice flavor with a good amount of stretch to the mozzarella.

Authentic hand tossed pizza! Chicken Alfredo Pizza and a Greek Salad make an amazing meal! Casual atmosphere, not a "fine dinning experience" but the food is great we usually get it "to go", anyway! They also have Pizza by the slice for the lunch time bunch.

We had the all you can eat pizza buffet. All the salad bar veggies were fresh and there was a good selection. After salad we had an assortment of hot fresh pizza including hamburger, jalapeno pepperoni, italian sausage and canadian bacon with pineapple. They also have an assortment of dessert dishes to finish. Service was good and this was a... More

The owner/ operator is always friendly and makes you feel like you are his favorite customer. The pizzas are amazing! I highly recommend the Greek pizza with grilled chicken and spinach.

We all had the salad bar which was pretty good. They made us fresh pizza as well. We were the only people eating inside but there were people coming through the drive they the whole time. I would recommend this if you're in town. I wouldn't necessarily go out of the way for it.

The food was very good. I think there is only one maybe two people working there though. Service was a little slow but the taste of the food almost made up for it

We hunt outside of Carthage and often stay in town. Carthage is a small town and there is not much of a selection of great eats. Milano's is right next to one of our other favorite restaurants, Daddy Sam's BBQ. My brother ordered the highly-rated lasagna, my hubby ordered the chicken Parmesan and I ordered the Chicken Milano. YUM! My... More

We each had the classic lasagna dish and added a side salad. The lasagna was very flavorful and tasted great! The salad was a value. The meal was very substantial... I had to practically roll out of the booth! Very nice owner. Definitely the better of the other restaurants in this town.

We went there for lunch. I had pizza. My friend had a sandwich. Both were very good. They do have a buffet which I understand is very good. I'm looking forward to trying it . The owner was there and was very attentive. He very much wanted to see that we left there satisfied. It's a small restaurant but hey,... More
